Never has anything important been achieved without enthusiasm … Nenad Milovanovic, team leader in EOS Matrix Macedonia, following his enthusiasm, is on a good track to make a truly great achievement. In the next two years he will develop his professional career internationally, as part of the team of EOS Solutions Asia, in Hong Kong, Republic of China. Milovanovic leaves for China to work at the position of Operation & Risk Manager. The ЕОЅ Matrix team wishes him success in his further career.
WEB seminar in cooperation with Harvard Business Review

In organization of Harvard Business Review, on 23.09.2010 in the premises of their member EOS Matrix Macedonia was held Web Seminar with topic How Organizations Build Success, through intensive implementation of analytics in decision making. Within the seminar the five levels for development of the analytics availabilities in a company were pointed out. It was also mentioned that the information and decision-making on the basis of previous implemented detailed analyses are one of the most important preconditions for success and company growth.
Researches have shown that companies with developed analytics departments are far more successful than companies which have no such departments or they have but not on the required level of development. This seminar was managed via link by Mr. Tom Davenport, President's Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College and Mrs. Jeanne Harris Executive Research Fellow and Senior Executive at Accenture’s Institute for High Performance.

The Foreign Investments Minister visited EOS Matrix

Today, the Foreign Investments Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Vele Samak, visited EOS Matrix Macedonia. The Minister was welcomed by the Regional Manager Stojce Taskov, Deputy of General Manager Ms. Ana Nikolovska and Regional IT Manager Branislav Bajlovski. During the visit the Minister expressed interest for promotion of EOS Matrix Call center, as a support in providing contact center services for which some foreign companies have interest. For this initiative of the Minister, the company’s top management gave general approval.
